Before joining Redesign staff in March 2008, Eddie co-founded
Capital Concept Partners, Inc., a real estate development and
investment firm in Eden Prairie. There he served as development
project manager and sales agent, managing all aspects of commercial property development and property management. He has consulted
on real estate and business transactions nationwide and facilitated
LEED Certification for a client company. Previously, Eddie worked
as a structural engineer and project manager.
Eddie earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Institute of Technology (2000) and a
Mini-Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of
St. Thomas's continuing education program (2006). Eddie is affiliated with the US Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, Transit for Livable Communities, MN Commercial Association of Realtors, MN Real Estate Exchangers, and the MN Association of Realtors. Eddie organizes the annual Emerging Green Builders design competition
and outreach, a local program that provides young professionals a
forum to share new and innovative ideas related to sustainable
design practices.
